Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the event of very high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, postal service problems or other factors outside our control, we will inform customers of any potential delays in processing their orders.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer simple, discounted Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States.

For orders equaling $19.99 or less, we charge a $5.99 Flat Rate shipping fee for USPS Mail packages. Shipping speed is usually 3-4 business days.

For orders totaling between $20.00 and $48.99, we charge a $4.99 Flat Rate shipping fee for USPS Mail packages. Shipping speed is usually 3-4 business days.

For orders equaling $49 or more, we provide Free Shipping for USPS Mail packages. Shipping speed is usually 3-4 business days.

 


Local delivery

We do not currently offer Local Delivery, however you may be able to purchase our products from services that deliver from local grocery stores. Search our Store Locator Map for find our nut locations near you.


In-store pickup

Our products are available for purchase in-person everyday from 11am-6pm at Seahive Station at Liberty Station in San Diego. 

Sea Hive Station, 2750 Dewey Rd, San Diego, CA 92106

We also offer pickup at our warehouse location in Mira Mesa, CA by appointment only.  Please contact us at info@oldtownroastednuts.com. if you would like to arrange an order pickup directly.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you live outside the USA and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@oldtownroastednuts.com.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oldtownroastednuts.com. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Food and body care items are non-returnable, however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will do everything we can to make things right.

Please email Info@SanDiegoHoney.com if you are not happy with your products for any reason.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at info@oldtownroastednuts.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
