It wasn’t flashy, nor did it have grand signs beckoning customers. Old Town Roasted Nuts began as a passion project for a family steeped in tradition. Their roasting process wasn’t about speed—it was about patience, about understanding the way heat coaxes out layers of flavor from every nut.
